This policy describes how Morris Health Technologies ("MHT," "we," "us") handles information collected through this website and through demo, sales, and support conversations about Atlas. It does not cover patient data processed by practices using Atlas itself, that relationship is governed separately by each practice's agreement with us.

When you fill out a form on this site (for example, a demo request or contact form), we collect what you submit: typically your name, email, phone number, company or practice name, and any message you include. We also collect basic usage data, such as pages visited, through standard web analytics.

How we use this information

We use the information you submit to respond to your request, schedule and run demos, follow up about Atlas, and improve this site. We don't sell this information to third parties.

Service providers

We use third-party tools to operate this site and our sales process, for example, form and CRM software to manage demo requests, and a job board provider to manage open roles. These providers process information on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy and security terms.

Data retention

We keep information submitted through this site for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain our business records, and delete or anonymize it when it's no longer needed for those purposes.
